This website is operated by Jeremy Pion-Berlin. It exists to present a portfolio of directing and producing work. This policy explains what information the site collects, why, and what choices you have.

Information you give us

If you use the contact form, you provide your name, your email address, and whatever you write in your message. This is used only to reply to you and to keep a record of the correspondence. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this one records basic technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay, and the site or search that referred you. This is aggregated and used to understand which work is being viewed and whether the site is functioning properly.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site uses them to keep the site working correctly during your visit and to gather the anonymous traffic statistics described above.

Videos on the site are embedded from Vimeo. When a page containing a video loads, Vimeo may set its own cookies and record that the video was viewed, under its own privacy policy. Playing a video is not required to browse the site.

No other third party receives your information, except where required by law.

How long information is kept

Contact form messages are kept as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of professional correspondence. Analytics data is retained in aggregate. You may ask for your message and details to be deleted at any time.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information the site holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to [EMAIL] and the request will be handled within a reasonable time.
